Ownership History

Matthews Surgery Center, LLC (“MSC”) is a newly-formed limited liability company. Fifty-percent of its membership interests are owned by Presbyterian Medical Care Corp., a subsidiary of Novant Health, Inc. and
fifty-percent of the membership interests are owned by Gaul Surgical Properties II, LLC, an affiliate of OrthoCarolina, P.A., an orthopedic surgery group based in the Charlotte region. Download the MSC Ownership History document for your records.
